A different game than Blockhead!, Super Blockhead! includes 30 oddly-shaped wooden pieces and a cardboard base. Players take turns choosing a block to place on the tower, in "any position on any block," somewhat different from the original game.
Players get two chances to allow the tower to tumble; the third time results in being out of the game.
