遥かなる喜望峰 (Harukanaru Kibouhou)

遥かなる喜望峰 (Harukanaru Kibouhou) is a re-implementation of an earlier Japanese game, combining both Discovery: The Era of Voyage and its expansion set 航海の時代 王家の書簡 (Kōkai no jidai ōke no shokan). In addition, publisher Arclight included extended rules for 'Pirates' and 'Nagasaki', which the original game did not have. Harukanaru Kibouhou means 'The Great Cape of Good Hope'. As before, players take on the role of ambitious captains leading their fleet towards glory at sea. Through trading goods and commodity, investment and development, you accumulate reputation and influence among the islands. Build a foundation for your family’s wealth and prosperity! The designer is uncredited as it is the publisher A.I.Lab.遊. Note, this edition is not the same as the editions by EmperorS4 or Kobold Spieleverlag, which are versions of the original base game only.
