Frozen Nights

Its been decades since the deadly glaciation which wiped out most of humanity. Now, the Vaults which hosted the remaining survivors are opening, starting a new age for humankind. As the leader of one of these Vaults, your job is to reclaim the ice sheets, along with lost technology and infrastructure. You aren’t the only one who returned to the surface though, and conflict may be brewing in the shadows… Frozen Nights is a solo civilization game, in which the player will be able to build structures, research technologies and fund the war effort. To win a game of Frozen Nights, the player can either go for the Military Victory, by winning 2 wars, or for the Technology Victory, by completing the tech tree. -description from designer
