Diversion

A draughts/checkers variant in which the board squares are embossed into diamond shaped tiles, which are fitted together to form the board. During their turn, each player may, as an alternative to moving a piece, move a tile from one place to another or even remove a tile altogether. Should a player divide the board into two, the opponent chooses which portion remains in play. First player to capture or immobilize the opposing pieces wins.
