Armored Trooper Votoms: Battling

Complexity level 5 on Tsukuda's 1-6 scale (1=easiest) Based off the science fiction mecha anime Armored Trooper Votoms. Says "The Role Playing game of Battle in the Votoms", but it's really more along the lines of Battletech than what most call a Role-Playing Game. For a change of scenery from most of Tsukuda's 'outdoor' wargames, this takes place in an Arena.
