Fast and Fun game where players act as Bosozoku gangs chiefs. First they send their Zokus (represented by meeples) to take control over Tokyo districts.
Then, they resolve fights between gangs by throwing the Zokus in the box !
Whoever gets more influence in Tokyo is the winner.
