Draw 2 number cards, put one card on the adjectives side and the other on the nouns side. This is how you determine the category. Now name a term from this category as a hint. The others now discuss which adjective and which noun could be meant. If you guess the word before the hourglass runs out, discard the adjective and noun and fill in the gaps with new cards. If you didn't guess the word, don't fill in the blanks. Thus, the choice of adjectives and nouns becomes smaller.
