Inspiration Card A: Requires 8 Land Cards (the starting City does count) Inspiration Card B: Requires 8 Water Cards (the starting Harbour does count) City/Library: Spend 2 Provisions to gain a Land Card and Journal. Vista: Gain 1 Provision each time you gain an Upgrade of any type. Harbour: Spend 4 Silver to draw 3 Space Cards. Keep 1 and place the other 2 at the bottom of the Space Card Draw Pile.
