Operational level simulation of the American Civil War 1861-1865. Players encompass elements of both grand strategy and tactics. Units cover land, rail and naval. 1,200 die-cut counters, 3 map sections, many charts including Confederate and Union production spirals. This is one of SPI's monster games!
