First to Tenth AD is the second of three volumes of army lists for the Vis Bellica rules for wargaming the ancients period. Its span encompasses huge changes in the political map of the ancient world: the fall of Rome and the rise of the Prophet being just two seminal events. It was also the age that saw the final end of the chariot as a fighting weapon, and the beginning of the armoured horseman’s true dominance of the battlefield.
