Tom's Party

Today is Tom the mouse's birthday and his friends are preparing a surprise birthday party. Place the different elements and guest in the party before Tom appears. If he arrives early, quickly release a balloon so that he can linger to play with it, and you'll have time to finish the surprise. We should take from the bag one wooden piece with some guest, elements or Tom, if we take some guest or element, then we can prepare the party, but if we take Tom, we should give him a balloon, then Tom will play with the ballon and we have the another chance to finish the party.
