The Mind: Level 13 is a single card expansion for The Mind, one that allows you to achieve "Transzendentales Über-Ich", that is, transcendental superego, should you be able to complete a round of the game after everyone starts with thirteen cards in hand. Now you can make The Mind last a little bit longer — assuming you even make it to that stage in the first place.
