Stronghold: Undead (Second Edition) – Council's Deliberations Expansion

The Council cards expand the gameplay of Stronghold: Undead (Second Edition) by allowing the defender to use the powers of the Pearl Keep's High Council. In this expansion, the Council deliberates each round and makes decisions to bolster the Defender's power against the onslaught of the undead hordes.
