Skirmish Outbreak

Skirmish Outbreak is a set of rules for miniature wargaming set in the familiar world of the zombie apocalypse, borrowing in particular from the movie 28 Days Later and its idea of the "fast" zombie. Turn sequence revolves around Action points that are determined each turn and then spent by the players to perform actions such as movement, combat, etc. The game is scenario based, with victory conditions changing from scenario to scenario. Scenarios can be played as one shot or linked in massive campaigns. The zombies in the game can be controlled by a player or by an AI, which makes the game particularly suitable for solitaire and cooperative play.
