Scoop

Scoop is a series of fast-paced word games where players compete to make three-letter words. The game has 35 target cards, 2.25" x 2.25", with single letters, and 150 cards, 1.15" x 1.15", with bigrams (two letters); all cards have point values. There are rules for 4 different games. In all but one of them the bigrams are all face up on the table for all to scoop from. 1. Be Quick: Reveal a target card, and everyone has 15 seconds to gather as many bigrams as they can that make a word with that card. 2. Elimination: Reveal a target card, and each player chooses one of their 10 bigrams to make a word with it. The one with the highest-scoring word gets the points of all the cards revealed. 3. Winner Takes All: Each player chooses one of their 3 letter cards and takes a bigram to go with it. The one with the highest-scoring word gets the points of all revealed cards. 4. Scoop Five: Each player takes five bigrams, one for each of their five letter cards. Each player scores the points for each of their words made.
