Daisanteikoku no seisui (Rise and Fall of the Third Reich) is a new combining "deck construction" system with "hand construction" system such as Storm Over Pearl Harbor, Defense of Japanese Homeland 1945 and Southern Gambit 1941. It is a board war game that reproduces the whole picture of the Second World War in Europe in a playable format, with movement and combat systems for land, sea and air.
