In the muddy waters of politics, there are some surprisingly simple rules. First, follow the policy of your own party unconditionally. Second, oppose the policy of the opposing party. You must follow the suit of your own party, and must not follow that of the opposing party. You earn points for contributing to your party's victory without upsetting the political balance symbolized by the Libra. Wield your limited political power skillfully to extend your influence, sometimes switching parties out of patriotic determination, sometimes declaring innovations that will turn the political world upside down.
