Party in the Hizzy

Each player is dealt a hand of three cards with a Permit card being placed face-up, which puts a limit on how many people can be invited to the party. Players take turns playing a character card (each with a numerical value) to the same row on the table. When someone has no option but to play a card that causes the sum total of the row to exceed the permit, they're removed from the game, and a new round begins, with a new permit being drawn. The last person still in the game wins.
