Orguss: Factory

Complexity level 4 on Tsukada's 1-6 scale (1=easiest). The Diplomatic Game in Orguss A break from Tsukada's usual 2 player science fiction hex-wargame fare. It's still science fiction, but this time it's a true 2-5 player game, more in the style of the old The Avalon Hill Game Co's Diplomacy and Civilization games.
