📖 About This Game

Order is a small form, area control, area majority, open drafting board game for 3-4 players. While the main goal of the game is to found the four Sects, each various mechanic is a play on the word "order." Played over a series of 8 rounds, players use their cards to place their markers on a variety of boards, each with their own effect. Each round, each player chooses two cards from their hand, and places them face down. Each player simultaneously reveals 1 of their 2 face down cards. These revealed cards dictate turn order of the first part of the round, and offer a special ability. The first and last players each get a bonus. Each player then simultaneously reveals their other face down card, which dictate draft order, and also grant bonuses based on draft order and revealed cards. At the end of 8 rounds, players gain influence (points) for their placed markers and indexed cards, and the player with the most influence wins. —description from the publisher
