Market Day

Market Day is a drafting game where the cards you collect are scored across 4 criteria. Certain colors of cards will be worth a different number of points based upon how many of that color are in a public tableau; certain ranks of cards will be worth points, depending upon how many of that rank are in players' collections; certain cards are just worth points; and special scoring cards. The drafting mechanism resembles a "pick and pass" draft, where each player has a hands of cards, chooses 1, and passes the others. However, rather than passing the cards, the unchosen cards are collected, shuffled - the designer suggests a wash shuffle - and then hands are redealt. The game lasts until the hands have dwindled and the player with the most points wins!
