Perfect Diet aims to be a simple and fun support to make people understand how important daily nutrition is when it comes to taking care of your body. In this case "diet" is not intended as a diet with the sole purpose of making you lose weight, but as a tool for health. By "perfect diet" we mean the one identified by the WHO, which has published a list of advice to follow for a healthy and balanced diet.
In the game, these tips become the objectives to be achieved to collect points and win the game. The game is divided into 5 days and each day consists of 4 meals. Draw cards and create the most balanced meals; calculate daily and weekly points.
