The card called "Call to Arms" is a new Action card for Jerusalem. Just add the card to the basic Action card deck to play with it. The player who plays this card may move their squires from one area to another (with the exception of areas blocked by Barons). For each Silver Bezant paid to the Bank, you can move up to 2 squires.
