Invasive Species

From Ares Magazine issue 2: Invasive Species is a game about a crisis aboard the CFS Quicksilver, a Terran Commonwealth Corvette on an exploration mission. On a routine close survey of an unexplored garden planet, the crew comes under Attack by ferocious local fauna. Some of the crew is killed before the crew makes it back to the ship and the ship boosts into orbit. Invasive Species is a two-player game. One player controls the Human crew of the Quicksilver and the other player controls an alien predator loose aboard the ship. The game is played in a series of turns, each composed of activity taken by the Human crewmembers and the Alien.
