📖 About This Game

Froggy merchants expand the floating market in this variable worker placement game. Catch flies, claim lily-pads, build hat stands, hat shops, and haberdasheries, and trade goods at the driftwood market. In Froggy Bazaar players play the part of a froggy merchant. They take turns moving around the floating market. They claim lily-pads and construct various shops. As the market expands, player options increase. The game board consists a central driftwood market tile, surrounded by 8 lily-pad tiles. In each turn players 1) move their frog, 2) take either one or both actions on the tile that they moved onto. This can be a range of actions from building a shop on a lily-pad tile, to collecting resources from shops, or upgrading shops. Throughout the game players collect river rocks which they place in a felt bag. As players achieve objectives (build or upgrade shops, collect hats, visit every tile) they achieve objectives (and collect more river rocks). The game ends when a player achieves their fourth objective. The player with the most river rocks wins. —description from the designer
