Empire Planners

This game combines components (25 cards, 27 dice, 27 cubes) from the first 3 Nano9Games - Empire, Railways and City Planner - and has both a solo and two player mode. Players compete to build and upgrade buildings, create railways, move passengers to their destinations and produce goods in their factories in order to gain Capital and create Profit. Empire Planners is strictly a rulebook. Players will need Empire, Railways and City Planner to play.
