Cygnus is a new Prestige planet. This planet is worth zero Influence and takes 6 Colonies to Settle or 8 Ships to Attack. Instead of Influence or resources, the new planet provides one of each role symbol. Place Cygnus into the middle of the planet deck after shuffling.
