Eleven: Unique set up deck

A deck of 8 cards allowing for an asymmetric start of the game. Each card is double sided with a positive effect on the one side and negative effect on the other. Each player draws 2 cards and choose which of them they should play on positive and which of them on negative side. This decision gives that player head start in one direction, and impact slightly the rest of the game. This is an optional module for Eleven: Football Manager Board Game increasing the variability of the game. Without it, all players start the game symmetrically.
