El Oso

EL Oso is a one-player board game. You need 24 checkers (12 in each of two colors), five 6-sided dice, and a simple 5x5 game board. The challenge of El Oso is to move your stacks of pieces across the board, without encountering the pieces of your opponent (“The Bear”). Your moves are completely under your control, but the Bear’s moves are random. Plan carefully and don’t expose yourself to too much risk, and you’ll get your team across the board.
