A promo card handed out at BGG.CON 2015. Text of card: Play Ernie at any time to done of the following: 1) Randomly draw up to two (2) cards from any player's hand. 2) Place up to (2) cards into another player's hand. 3) Randomly draw one card from any player's hand and place one card into their hand. This CAN be played as a player is declaring victory to stop them. Discard this card after it is played.
