From the Kickstarter campaign: This chip gets passed to the player who draws the Monster, and stays with that player even if the Monster is moved. When the circle closes the player who drew the Monster may choose to flip the chip. If it lands on Red, 5 drinks are added to the Monster, on Green 5 are removed. This can affect the Monster whether it's been moved or not!
