The long war has finally come to an end. However, the day when the people of this frontier territory can return to their peaceful lives is still far away. For their sake, we must rebuild the devastated city as soon as possible. Don't forget to fulfill your true purpose... Cultus is an abstract strategy games in which players will take turns moving around the board to collect funds, rebuild the city with their building cards and monuments while score victory points from various point source such as the monument abilities or their plan card.
