Also available with the Season 4 expansion box when purchased during the Cthulhu: Death May Die - Fear of the Unknown 2022 Kickstarter campaign. R'lyehian seizures: "While there is a wound of this card, you may only communicate in gestures and gibberish. If you don't remove the token and take two wounds. If there is a wound on this card remove the wound token and heal all your stress. Otherwise, place a wound token on this card".
