It is a re-imagining / re-structuring of the territories and paths of China / Web of Power over the landmass of North America (USA, southern Canada, and northern Mexico). You can make a PnP copy of the map from Schacht's website. This map is a bigger change compared to other expansions: there are regions of the same color that are adjacent to each other!
