Campaign of first 9 years

Second issue game of Wargame Japanese History #21. This game uses the same rule and map as "Aterui saga". But it uses different counters. This campaign is less popular even in Japan. It started in 1051 more than 200 years after Aterui saga. And it ended in 1062. Basically, this campaign was conducted by the central government against an unloyal Abe-clan.
