Buried Treasure: Contracts Expansion

Scattered throughout the new world are powerful people looking for someone to do a little work for them in exchange for some extra treasure. Players can choose contracts, complete them, and turn them in for the specified reward. Be careful though, if a contract remains incomplete, the employer will come calling and take what’s their’s. Contacts expand the gameplay of Buried treasure, giving players another source of income. These contracts give players a firmer sense of direction while playing the game. Players pick choose between 3 contracts at the dock or between 2 contracts at a shop and must choose at least 1 to keep. The player has until the end of the game to complete their contracts or they must pay what they were going to be paid. This new expansion can stop someone from winning if they haven't completed their contracts, effectively reversing the end of the game. -description from designer
