Boom Bokken: "Perfect" and "3 Hit Combo" promo cards

Those promo cards are special goodies to Essen 2014. The "Perfect" card can be played at any moment. Indicate a player, choose a number and make a call (more or less), and the game goes on. The "3 Hit Combo" card is played as a Timeout : indicate a player who place the previously played cards under the draw pile, then draw 3 cards, and restarts the game
