Battle of the Bulge

Battle of the Bulge is a solitaire game that was included in the August 2018 issue of Gakken Historical Images Magazine. The game was designed by Masahiro Yamazaki. The Battle of the Bulge is an area game focusing on the German attack on the Allied sector. The player plays the Allies as they attempt to halt the advance. The sequence of play consists of two assault phases followed by a reinforcement phase. The magazine also included the game Battle for Moscow, and the map for it is on the opposite side of the Bulge. Counters for both games are on the same sheet, and the rules for each game are found in the same rulebook. —user summary
