It says, "If you had this on the table during your previous turn, you may discard it instead of playing a card, to draw 5 cards." This card was published in 2010 to promote the release of Back To The Future: The Card Game. It is a card that peels off a postcard. The front of the card is shiny, due to the peel-off method, but this will not affect gameplay, since the cardback matches the regular game.
