BABEL: 0

An expansion set that adds a new way to play "BABEL". Each player bids off the right to build the Tower of Babel and raises the tower while earning points. At the end of the game, the player with the most points wins. The winning bidder does not necessarily build the tower. The tower will be built by the person with the highest total score at the time of winning the auction. If they fail to build it, they will lose immediately. The player with the second highest score at that time will be the winner.
