Strange emanations from the Alien Artifact have given this group of technologies the power to influence the destinies of others.
FACTION ABILITIES
OWNER: Discard a face-down Agenda card to get 3 fuel or 1 ore or 1 Agenda Card.
FACILITY: Draw Agenda Cards equal to the value of your docked ship. Keep one and return the rest to the bottom of the Agenda deck.
