ジャムセッション (JAM SESSION)

ジャムセッション (JAM SESSION) is a card game from Japan with cats playing jazz (not to be confused with Jam Session). Players each uses their own deck of bidding cards to gain musical instrument cards for their jazz band. Each player deck has its own set of numbers. A selection of instrument cards are made out to be bid upon, and players choose from their hand a number of cards to bid face-down. When the bids are shown, the highest bid chooses an instrument first, then the next highest bid and so on. The players decks have different sets of numbers, and every instrument card in the game is unique. There are seven kinds of instruments, appearing in four colours. The more different instruments a player gathers, the more points they score. But after scoring, they must discard the most cards in one colour. So by gathering diverse colours, they can quickly reform their band and score again. Scoring occurs at the end of each round (a jam session). If a player gets all seven types of instrument into their hand, they instantly win the game. Otherwise the most points wins at the end. The way the instruments are selected for bidding also depends on players' hands, so they are not simply appearing randomly. user summary 名も無き猫達の演奏会 概要 このゲームはJAZZをテーマにしたカードゲームです。 貴重なメンバーが去って行かないように注意しながら、様々な楽器を演奏するメンバーを集めることで勝利を目指します。 ゲームの流れ 〇準備 各プレイヤーは４つのデッキから１つを選んで受け取ります。 デッキはそれぞれ内容が異なるので、デッキによって最適な戦略は異なるでしょう。 進行 基本的な流れは以下の通りです。 　・手札の補充 　・手札を１枚ずつ出す 　・場札を１枚ずつ取る 　・セッション（点数計算） 　・撤収 　・次ラウンドの準備 ・手札の補充 自分の山札から１枚だけカードを引いて手札に加えます。 山札が尽きた後は補充は無くなります。 ・手札を出す ⇒ 場札を取る プレイヤーは場に出ているカードを１枚ずつ取るのですが、カードを取る順番を競りで決定します。 そのためにプレイヤーは手札から１枚ずつカードを出します。 数値の大きいカードを出したプレイヤーから順に、１枚ずつ場に出ているカードを取ります。 ただし、最も小さい数値を出したプレイヤーのみ『場のカードを取らない』という選択ができ、戦略上とても重要になります。 ・セッション ⇒ 撤収 規定枚数のカードを取ったプレイヤーは、その度に点数計算を行います。 獲得したカードの『種類』が多いほど、点数が多く貰えます。 点数計算の後、最も多い『色』のカードを全て捨てます。 種類が多いと１回に得られる点数が多く、色が多いと点数計算の機会が多く訪れます。 そのため、種類と色の両方を上手く集めることが重要になります。 ・次ラウンドの準備 最初にカードを取ったプレイヤーが『リードカード』を受け取ります。 リードカードを持っているプレイヤーが、次ラウンドの最初に手番を行います。 勝利条件 カードを使い切ったときに最も得点の高かったプレイヤーの勝利です。 ただし、ゲーム中に７種類のカードを全て集めたプレイヤーがいた場合、即座にそのプレイヤーの勝利となります。 publisher's summary
