The book is called “The Narrow Road to the muscle.” It is a book about the process by which the legendary haiku master “Macho Basho” travelled around the country composing haiku and writing them. After reading this book, you set out on a journey to get a perfect body by visiting gyms all over the country while composing haiku. Players aim to collect the muscle parts while a journy. Collecting more muscle parts gives you higher MP(VP), and you also get higher MP(VP) if you reach to the goal faster than the other players.
