📖 About This Game
In Zirkhaki everyone acts as diggers, digging for treasures and trying to gain wealth by collecting as much treasure as possible. It works for 2 - 4 players, but combining two sets of cards can extend that from 5 - 8 players. First, the players will make a "discard" pile by removing the lowest value card from each type and putting them aside. Then they will shuffle all the rest of the cards and put them on the other side of the table, creating a "dig pile". The distance between the dig pile and the discard pile is the "dig site".
Then each player will start their turn by flipping a card from the dig pile onto the dig site. Each card has a special power that can help the player, or make it harder for them. The player then keeps on flipping cards and exacting their powers for as long as they can, or want. If a similar card is flipped up (for example if a coin card has been flipped earlier onto the dig site and then another coin card is flipped), their turn is over and they have to put everything in the dig site onto the discard pile. If they stop before getting a similar card, they will gather the cards in the dig site and put them in front of themselves, creating their "treasure pile".
The game ends when the dig pile is emptied. Then each player will calculate their scores by counting the highest number of each card that they own, and the player with the highest point wins. After a few plays, when players are a bit more advanced, they can use "special cards". They will shuffle the cards and give each player a card. Each card has a power that corresponds with an item, and they can use those powers in combination of those items.
