📖 About This Game
Your main task in the board game ÐнеÑгоÑеÑÑ. РоÑÑÐ¸Ñ (Power Grid. Russia) is to provide electricity to the largest number of cities. Players choose pre-existing routes between cities to connect, and then bid against each other to purchase the various power plants that are needed to provide the selected cities with energy.
However, once the plants have been purchased, new, more efficient power plants become available over time. Therefore, by your purchase, you are potentially allowing other players to gain access to equipment superior to yours.
In addition, players need to purchase the raw materials (coal, oil, garbage, and uranium) needed to power the power plants (except for renewable wind and solar power plants, which do not require fuel), creating a constant struggle and competition.
Thus, you are faced with a difficult choice - either upgrade your power plants to maximize efficiency or have enough money on hand to quickly expand your grid when the time comes to get the cheapest and most profitable routes.

This is a stand-alone version of Power Grid that comes with the Russia/Japan map instead of the Germany/USA map.
