Wtopa is an exciting card game.
You are one of the captains of the submarines and try to become a King of Ocean. You move your submarine, shoot torpedoes and try to sunk other players using your special abilities, different factions and lots of interaction.
On your turn you move or shoot. Use your torpedoes wisely, because when you are out of it, you can not defend yourself.
The last one to survive is a winner.
