A promo which was given to people donating their blood ("Dawcy Krwi" is Polish term for "Blood Donors") at Pyrkon 2019 within a bigger set "Talia Kart Krewni Pyrkonu" made up of similarly themed promos for various games by various publishers. Some copies were also provided to various bloggers in the board gaming scope who themselves distributed them further by their own means and ways.
