Valhalla: Dark Age Skirmish Rules

Valhalla is a skirmish wargame set during the early days of the Viking expansion, a time when the wolves of the north burst forth out of Scandinavia seeking fame and fortune by trade or terror. As leader, will you lead your band of warriors to fame and riches or a glorious death - to Valhalla? The game is designed to use a few figures on a fairly small table-top. These are the basic rules you will need to know in order to start playing. There are additional rules, supplied at no cost, which are presented as part of specific scenarios. These rules seek to be historically accurate while at the same time trying to emulate the feats of derring-do we see in the movies. Each warrior can accumulate wounds (or "hits") as the fight goes on.
