📖 About This Game

A spin and move game produced by the British Chocolate company Fry's. The game sees players starting on earth and traversing a path to the moon. Along the way a number of detours and problems can be encountered, like gyroscope damage, an air cabin leak and a hostile spaceship. These will cause delays in reaching the moon. The winner is the first to reach the moon. The promotional game was a free giveaway in Britain and Northern Ireland. To win the free game children would draw a spaceship or describe a trip to the moon and then include 2 chocolate wrappers to claim their game before April of 1955. The game is similar to one produced by the Cadbury chocolate company in Australia during the same period. —user summary
