The sequel to Max's Advanced Rules for Axis & Allies, adding ten more variant rules. This is twelve 5.5 x 8.5 pages long, only seven of which are rules. Most of the new rules require Max's original variant in addition to Axis & Allies itself (geekgame 98). The new rules are:
